Our goal was to develop a state-of-the-art virtual AI assistant equipped with a personable avatar that could guide users through the entire booking process seamlessly. This innovative solution is designed to eliminate the reliance on external agencies and the hassles associated with manual booking.

How It Works

Our AI assistant simplifies the process by finding hotels that match the client's specific needs. Whether it's accommodating the number of attendees or ensuring the availability of special equipment like sound systems and projectors, the assistant covers all bases. Here is how it works:

• Personal Details: The AI assistant asks the client's personal details, that are required to book a conference room, such as contact person and company name.
• Narrow Down User Requirements: The AI assistant evaluates the client's requirements, by asking questions about specific properties of the desired facility and conference properties, including the number of attendees, special equipment needs, preferred location, etc.
• Hotel Matching: It searches for hotels that can meet these criteria, ensuring that the facilities are suitable for the intended conference.
• Suggestions and Confirmation: The assistant presents the user with a list of potential venues. Once the user selects a preferred option, the assistant proceeds to the next step.
• Booking Requests: Upon user confirmation, the assistant sends detailed emails to the selected hotels with specific booking requests for the available dates.
